|Job Description :||Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader, Technology Finance - UK, Gtr London / SE Eng (ref: J2042) to work alongside Relationship Managers, other Internal Account Managers and Risk to create, build and maintain excellent relationships with introducer partners to deliver best in class pre- sales support in order to maximize lease volumes and profitability.
Supervise, coach, train and mentor the team of Account Managers to its maximum performance.
Work alongside the team of Account Managers and Relationship Managers to develop and maintain existing lease programmes.
On a day to day basis build strong personal relationships with introducers and ensure the team becomes the first internal point of contact for proposals, quotations, documentation, risk queries and appeals.
Ensure team proactively make telephone calls to introducers to ensure a consistent and high level of service.
Ensure management of deal pipelines by calling and contacting the introducers within the agreed timescales.
Proactively manage the team to research and identify new introducer relationships.
Manage risk declines and ensure the team acts as a first point of contact for appealing decisions.
Hit personal and team volume, income and margin targets.
As a team, hit conversion targets of accepted/proposed deals to funded business.
Ensure team is working in the most efficient way possible by reviewing and refining existing processes.
Prepare annual credit and documentation reviews as and when required for internal accounts.
4 years+ experience in sales support / internal sales function within Asset Finance and Leasing / Financial Services sector.
Ability to supervise team and manage performance of individuals.
History of effecting change.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Strong credit skills to present deals and challenge referrals and declines – preferred.
Ability to use KPMG Classic tool and HP17 or equivalent.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good time management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
Highly numerate and practical problem solving capabilities.
IT skills to include word/excel/ and ability to learn new IT products.
