Job Description : Our client is seeking a Partner Development Manager, IT Finance - Thames Valley (or South of Birmingham (ref: J2051) to drive engagement of financial solutions to selected and strategic IT Channel Partners. You will identify and create go to market programs for partners and end-users
to maximise lease volumes against target.


Act as single point of contact with Channel partner - particularly with partner's key Marketing, Sales, and Product management.
Develop and implement program strategy which includes integration into all sales segments to drive lease volumes.
Own the pipeline / lead generation with assigned Partners.
Accountability to have sales resources executing in timely manner on Partner pipeline.
Involved in Deal processing and forecasting activities
Overall responsibility for day-to-day operation for ensuring partner satisfaction across all elements of the business transaction lifecycle: Sales, Credit, Documentation/Funding, Partner Incentive.
Develop and provide training to partner sales teams.
Drive quarterly onsite review meetings to review previous quarter results and to determine next steps for success.
Drive regular communication to partner regarding Promotion updates, Tool updates, new Program announcements, etc.
Identify, propose and implement additional capabilities within the Channel Partner business model to create increased value add for the reseller in the selling and promoting of lease services.


Experience in creating and managing relationship with IT Partner community. 3 to 5 years’ experience
Experience at building Business Development strategy with IT Partners.
Successful sales experience including multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities. (Own and individual sales quota carrying). Minimum 5 years’ experience.
Viewed as trusted expert in given field by customer; is a mentor of selling strategy, including designing strategy.
University or Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
