|Job Description :||Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Executive - UK, W London (ref: J2015) to profitably develop and grow the IT leasing and program income from existing direct customers and supporting 2 key vendor programs by telephone contact and meetings as required.
Account manage assigned vendor relationships proactively by telephone and to develop incremental business opportunities in line with agreed business strike zones & credit policies.
Achieve agreed sales targets in terms of volume and margin income.
Provision of telephone based sales support to vendor sales people & their customers.
Support of vendor relationships ultimately managed by field based Account Manager.
Attend external customer/vendor face to face meetings when required.
Promote & manage assigned direct customers on services and benefits of IT leasing and programs to maximize our business share.
Create & utilize business plans to drive strategy.
Assistance in the production of quotations and program proposals.
Proactively manage by telephone named vendors and clients within an agree contact strategy to review performance via management information, establish and resolve issues and put in place improvement plans.
Enhance any credit proposal that is deemed worthy of appeal and to represent that proposal in a professional manner.
Work closely with assigned Operations co-ordinator(s) assisting with issues where appropriate and taking responsibility for the training and development of that individual(s) as required.
Work with colleagues across the business to deliver the goal of increased profitability for the business unit whilst maintaining a focus on total customer service.
A confident, ambitious & stand out character with the ability to build relationships over the phone or in person.
Strong understanding & track record of sales aid finance including finance products, pricing & documentation.
Expertise of at least one asset sector preferable. (Ideally working for an IT Broker styled business)
An organized self-starter encompassing a sales mentality with conviction to pro-actively canvass for incremental business
Ability to analyse financial information at a basic level and to be able to use data to support a credit application or conduct basic questioning.
Must have the ability to predict and plan for future business requirements.
Must demonstrate empathy and an ability to work within a team environment.
Must hold a full clean driving license.
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
