Our client is a worldwide leader in asset finance software and asset portfolio management software and has been delivering solutions to improve loan and lease management for more than 25 years.
We are looking to recruit a Consultant to work with them who has experience in Operations /Front Office in Asset or Motor Finance and is seeking a new challenge
You will be part of the implementation team working at client sites and at our offices to prepare and implement our clients software solution. The successful candidate will learn the solution and after a ramp-up period, will be the UK expert for configuring and implementing the Front-Office module. The candidate needs to have significant knowledge of the asset finance or consumer finance origination process (pricing, underwriting and scoring)
The consultant will be responsible for the configuration (using mainly SQL scripts) of front-office processes (Proposal management, underwriting, credit scoring interfaces, etc).
Providing support to team members including training on front-office aspects of the application
Acting as a key point of contact for clients with respect to front-office configuration, including training of client’s staff
Optimising process performance
Acting as a key point of contact for clients with respect to front-office processes configuration
This role is based in Reading but will require travel to client sites, mostly in UK, but occasionally in Ireland and the Netherlands.

o 5 years’ experiences in the front-office side of asset finance, delivering project implementation with a strong understanding of SQL language and scripts
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Demonstrate your willingness to collaborate and support teamwork, including supporting with tasks outside your day-to-day remit
o Superior interpersonal skills as the role requires working with a variety of stakeholders
o Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, and solid organizational skills are required
