Job Description : Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Hard Assets - Germany (ref: J2101) to assume responsibility for developing new relationships with brokers, manufacturers and dealers to maximise financing sales volume in a predefined geographical area.


Developing  new relationships with brokers, manufacturers (OEM’s), used asset dealers and associations.
Proactively sourcing sales within the allocated geographical location; either by directly prospecting existing relationships, sourcing new customers or through dealer and broker introductions.
Be a consistent point of contact, negotiating agreement terms and closing sales, gathering market and customer information.
Presenting new business proposals to the Managing Directors.
Developing and managing the ‘in-life’ relationship with customers.
Handling any arrears and asset disposal cases with assistance from the Managing Directors and Business Support Team.
Reviewing sales performance and striving to meet and exceed agreed targets and financial objectives.
Ensuring products are marketed using the appropriate methods and routes to the market, and representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Forecasting a quality sales pipeline through effective planning and ensuring that accurate sales information is recorded..
Developing and maintaining in-depth asset knowledge in the print, manufacturing and construction industries and keeping up to date with market changes.
Ensuring that policies and procedures are understood and adhered to at all times.


Bilingual in German and English, with excellent communication skills both orally and in a written capacity.
Knowledge and previous experience within the Asset Finance industry.
Must be able to demonstrate a successful track record within Asset Finance Sales.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships via telephone, emails, and face to face meetings.
Confidence and self-motivation with ambition to succeed.
Customer focus.
Proactive, with the ability to create and deliver innovative solutions.
Excellent attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Business Administration Degree or equivalent qualification desirable.
