|Job Description :||Our client is seeking a Business Support Advisor - Germany, Mainz (ref: J2108) to provide solid and consistent support to Directors and Sales teams. Ensuring all new finance agreements are processed efficiently and accurately, from proposal stage through to submission for payment. Handle customer queries and support with arrears management and collections.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Continually assessing and evaluating effectiveness and appropriateness of Collections procedures.
Support the CEO to manage any default cases through to litigation where required.
Implement proactive strategies to ensure that arrears levels stay below budgeted volumes.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required by the Management Team.
Ensure prompt and professional answering of telephones and deal with customer queries.
Assist with banking of cheques on a regular basis.
Providing all information required by our auditors, and ensuring all feedback is actioned in a timely manner.
Ability to independently compose correspondences related to assigned responsibilities
Fully conversant with the systems required to operate as part of the role and to use systems in line with operating policies and procedures.
Managing the arrears cases, working with sales teams/CEO & customers to develop a rescue plan and ensuring the best outcome for all parties is achieved, working within the required regulations.
Advise and regularly update directors and other relevant staff of any significant procedural changes and improvements.
Apply expertise in the area of legislative knowledge in order to mitigate the risk of any legal proceedings.
Ensure statement of claims is completed accurately and on time.
Manage the registration of security documents.
Load and administer all types of finance agreements on the back office platform, with a full understanding of how each agreement works.
Process cash postings and contract settlements.
Assist with Testing as and when required by the Operations Manager.
Involvement with ad-hoc projects as and when required by the Operations Manager.
Bilingual in Business German and English both orally and in written capacity.
Experience in leasing back-office platforms.
Numerate with analytical ability.
Previous knowledge and experience of the Asset Finance industry.
