Job Description : Our client is seeking a FP&A Project Manager - UK, Thames Valley, / SE Eng (ref: J2109) to join their Commercial Finance FP&A team to focus on improving the analysis capability, performance data provision and change initiative delivery.


Contribute to the delivery of a 5 year business plan, budgeting and forecasting.
Create greater analytical capability within FP&A by understanding the key drivers of reported profitability, other KPI's and business drivers and developing analytical tools and models to assist analysis.
Drive delivery of financial data, planning, modelling and pricing change initiative projects across the team and the wider business.
Lead process review and improvement, delivering improved accuracy and timeliness of data.
Working closely with IT team, fully utilise and develop the data warehouse as the key source of financial performance information for the business.
Contribute to the decision making and success of team through accurate and timely interpretation, and clear communication of financial commercial and other data.
Deliver pricing and evaluation of leasing opportunities, and critically advise on contract settlements, rate calculations and structuring of transactions in support of business opportunities.
Review and report performance against budget plans, and forecasts, with recommendations and actions to ensure performance is enhanced and KPI’s are met.


Strong numeric and analytical skills.
Professional accountancy qualification.
Effective communicator with ability to clearly and succinctly communicate complex and technical issues.
A track record of driving process and data analysis capability change.
Quick to understand complex problems, strong attention to detail, a service ethos, ability to work cross functionally with high drive and energy to achieve end results.
Good grasp of IT.
Experience working within a complex/international organisation is essential and preferably within Financial Services; Asset Finance and Leasing.
