An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone who has Customer Service experience preferably within Financial Services to join a long established and successful Finance company based in Hertfordshire. The company has a worldwide presence, employing over 5,000 people and they will offer the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to further develop their career within Financial Services.  

 

As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties to support of the rest of the operations team. Your duties will include:

 

  • Dealing with Vendor, Dealer and Customer enquiries relating to finance agreements via phone and email; and escalating to other team members if necessary
  • Using the in-house system to manage all inbound correspondence – mail, phone and fax
  • Keeping  clients informed on the progress of their agreements
  • Processing contracts and financial documentation and imputing details accurately and efficiently onto the system
  • Ensuring all documentation is compliant with internal and external regulations
  • Analyse contract, portfolio and process information, signal opportunities for sales and support process improvements

 

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a Customer Service environment, this experience will have been gained at a financial or banking organisation. You should be a confident communicator with strong written and spoken English. You should be willing to work under strict time constraints and be flexible enough to adapt to the demands of the role.
