A superb opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Specialist to join a well-respected subsidiary of a large European banking group. Our client specialises in providing Asset Finance solutions to businesses that are looking to acquire assets such as IT, commercial vehicles, agricultural and construction equipment. As part of the Compliance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable regulation, industry standards, best practices and policies and procedures.

Your main responsibilities will include; 

  • Attending departmental team meetings to discuss and raise awareness of compliance topics
  • Delivering compliance inductions to new starters and coordinating online compliance training
  • Updating and writing internal policies and procedures
  • Taking full responsibility for specific areas as directed by the Head of Compliance
  • Carrying out quarterly supervision checks, liaising with European counterparts when necessary
  • Playing an instrumental part in FCA and Compliance monitoring
