Vendor Account Manager – Asset Finance
Home Based – Midlands/Northern England
Basic to c£45,000 + car allowance - OTE £90,000
An excellent career opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and ambitious Account Manager who has proven sales experience gained within the Asset Finance industry to join a highly respected Finance House. The company offers a wide range of financial solutions to businesses including leasing, asset finance, vendor finance and short-term loans and they are keen to add this ‘stand-out’ candidate to what is already a very successful team.
Primarily a field based role, you will be expected to combine your business development and account management skills to increase revenue of the company’s full range of funding products, with a prime focus on Asset Finance. You will be assigned a small portfolio of Vendor Accounts in addition to developing new lines of business through your own development activities. You will be responsible for negotiating terms and structuring financial proposals to meet the requirements of the client, therefore a good understanding of company financials and the underwriting process is crucial for this position.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly driven and motivated team, and you will be expected to demonstrate a good work ethic alongside being confident, self-reliant and persistent. First class client-facing presentation is essential and your ability to build an early rapport and long term relationships with customers is crucial, as well as holding excellent communication and negotiation skills.
