Our client a highly respected HGV financier seeking an additional Area Sales Manager to manage and develop new and used HGV finance business across a sales area from Leeds to Newcastle.
You will be working with partner truck sales staff to help them use finance early and effectively in the sales cycle to maximise sales selling a wide range of competitive on and off balance sheet finance products and also value added services such as RTI , GAP and Insurance.
Our clients are a head lessor but they also have a panel of partner funders to enable them to finance the widest range of credits and also all associated transport assets.
Targets are based on a range of metrics but are very achievable.
We are happy to discuss the actual volume, income and finance penetration targets with suitably qualified applicants.
We are seeking applications from experienced successful asset finance or vehicle finance business developers , ideally north east based but as far south as Leeds based who have a strong work rate and are focussed on providing a high quality service to partner sales staff and customers and a real desire to over achieve sales targets.
We are looking for applicants who have excellent account management, business planning and strong relationship management skills who have the ability to make our client the number one funding choice for new and used vehicle acquisitions.
Whilst our client are very competitive on product and on price we are particularly interested in those who have real service based solution sales skills rather than those who need always to be the cheapest on price to succeed.
Excellent career prospects exist for ambitious high achievers.
Salary £40,000 possibly to £45,000 with potential to earn up to a further £3500 a quarter in commission and up to £40,000 in total commission per year with balance paid at year end .
