We are currently working on a very interesting and challenging role for a charitable organisation who are closely affiliated with the UK Food Industry. They are seeking a bright, well educated and articulate individual to provide administrative support to the business and act as a first point of contact for its stakeholders.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities within the role will be wide ranging and the successful candidate will be expected to;

  • Support the efficient day to day operation of the office e.g. answer phones/email enquiries, order stationary;
  • Support company events and fulfill online sales;
  • Collate website and other ‘impact’ statistics;
  • Assist in the delivery of Healthy Eating Week;
  • Reconcile petty cash and credit card payments;
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and different projects across the business.


In order to be considered for this role candidates must demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills and very strong administrative skills. Competent experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also essential.
