SALES SUPPORT OPPORTUNITY – FINANCIAL SERVICES
Circa £24,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone with experience of working in a Sales Support / Operational function to join a long established and successful Finance company based in Hertfordshire. The company has a worldwide presence, employing over 5,000 people in 35 countries and they will offer the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to further develop their career within Financial Services. The business works with equipment manufacturers, resellers and brokers to provide finance for their business clients in the form of Lease or Hire contracts.
The primary responsibilities in this role will be administrative as you will be dealing with complex financial documentation and contracts and making sure that all documentation is accurately and efficiently loaded onto the in-house software system. You will also be tasked with ensuring that all documentation is compliant with relevant finance regulations and if there are any errors they are both raised and resolved in a timely manner. Whilst this role is primarily an administrative position you will also be responsible for maintaining good business relationships with clients, the introducers of the business and the company’s own sales team. Therefore the successful applicant will be of an outgoing nature who is comfortable liaising with a range of people at differing levels of seniority.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 12 months UK based experience within Asset Finance, Leasing, Insurance or Banking in an operational role. However our client will consider candidates with a genuine, demonstrable interest in finance and previous experience gained outside of the sector. It is essential that you are confident when dealing with documentation as well as speaking to clients, internally and externally.
