|Job Description :||J2281 - Our client is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage inbound customer and introducer queries in a prompt and efficient manager. Handle the contacts with vendors, dealers and customers by receiving and solving 1st line queries and inbound correspondence and analyzing and translating client needs into a solution whilst documenting and archiving process data in applicable systems.
Liaise with customers on program-, contract- and service processes through reports and recommendations.
Analyse contract, portfolio and process information, signal opportunities for sales and support process improvements and contribute to the follow up of these improvement suggestions.
Make (administrative) changes in existing contracts during the lifetime of the contract and file documents in digital archive.
Settle contracts in line with process guidelines and make sure certain allocations and refunds are processed
Commitment to service excellence, assisting all stakeholders with queries and system changes on live contracts within agreed SLAs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Take ownership for the customer experience and have a passion for helping internal and external customers.
Think commercially when making decisions and prioritising workload.
Be flexible to adapt in the role to meet the needs of the business.
