Our client are the asset finance and leasing division of a major UK banking organisation.

They are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated new business administrator to join their Southern based team, at the offices near to Sevenoaks in Kent.

This is a fast-paced role, requiring somebody who can work under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy, and high degree of organisation.

Working as part of a highly motivated team, you will be responsible for checking and processing new finance agreements, ensuring that all documentation is correct prior to the release of funds.

Key responsibilities

- Provide administration support to the sales function, ensuring the accuracy of all new business transactions
- Check deals for payout in line with procedures, ensuring they comply with credit requirements, and that documentation is correct
- Check and process transactions on the system
- Check credit searches, run HPI checks, and used appropriate IT services to assist with the completion of new business transactions
- Handle enquiries from business introducers, and other areas of the organisation in a timely manner
- Preparation of payments to third parties.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to produce work to a consistently high standard, with strong attention to detail. You will have the ability to prioritise and work under pressure, to meet deadlines. Ideally an understanding of the asset finance sector would be a distinct advantage, but we will also consider candidates from similar areas of the financial services arena.
