Business Support Executive – Financial Services Recruitment

Leatherhead, Surrey      

£21-26,000 + incentives package


The Oakland Partnership is a successful, highly respected and leading Consultancy specialising in recruitment within Asset Finance, Leasing and the wider Financial Services sectors.


Based in Central London for the past 12 years we are now looking at relocating to superb riverside offices in central Leatherhead. We work with a wide range of clients and recruit staff with a variety of skills and experience in areas like Sales, Sales Support, Customer Services, Credit Analysis, Debt Recovery and Accounting.


 As a result of our relocation and the continually increasing demand for our services we now have an opening for a bright, well educated articulate and career minded individual to join our small friendly team.


The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Consultants, carrying out responsibilities which after training will include;


Contacting candidates via telephone and email to discuss their current work situation

Arranging interviews with candidates and maintaining a shared calendar

Screening incoming calls and applications

Placing advertisements with online job sites and searching those sites for suitable candidates following guidance from a Consultant

Checking CV’s for accuracy

Raising invoices

After 3-6 months, conducting interviews

Providing customer services support and other ad hoc administration tasks.


It is essential that those wishing to apply for this role are confident, first class communicators with good written and spoken English skills. You should have a confident telephone manner and possess the commitment, desire and willingness to work hard that is required to be successful in your career. Applicants should ideally be educated to at least A-level standard. Recruitment or Financial services experience is not a requirement but we would nevertheless welcome applications from those already working in support roles or outward facing positions in those sectors.
