Our client is a specialist property lender with old fashioned values and they have an exciting opportunity for an Credit Manager to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will essentially monitor loans post completion and deals with drawdowns, instructing valuers and generally ensuring that the portfolio is on time and on budget.
You will be involved in approving further advances so relationship skills are vital.
You will liaise with underwriters and redemption teams with regards to progress and be responsible for managing the drawdown pipeline and liaising with the finance department.
You will have underwriting experience from a mortgage or Property Finance background.
