As of mid-November 2018, this is the sum raised by Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC as part of its fundraising activities during the year, excluding the following five charities which have their own separate entries on our Charities list:
- Young Enterprise £30,000
- FareShare £30,000
- Macmillan £29,500
- Sue Ryder £11,000
- Alzheimer’s Support £11,000
Aside from these headline charities, Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC reports raising £116,256 during the most recent twelve-month period.
Over 100 Hitachi staff members will have used their paid volunteer leave by the end of 2018 – approximately 800 hours of volunteering time.
